Why we built PropBoss
PropBoss was founded by property investors who got tired of juggling spreadsheets, chasing receipts, and manually reconciling bank statements across multiple properties. We knew there had to be a better way.
Existing tools were either too generic, too expensive, or built for property managers rather than the investors themselves. We wanted a platform that understood the Australian property landscape — depreciation schedules, trust structures, negative gearing, and the realities of managing a growing portfolio.
So we built PropBoss: a portfolio manager that handles the admin, keeps your records clean, and gives you clear visibility into how your investments are actually performing. Think of it as a manager that never sleeps, never misfiles a receipt, and always has your tax working paper ready.
